Created for Night Light 2024, an interactive art and light installation festival. Peppers Ghost Cruiser is an an art bike project featuring a portable retro TV or ‘theater’ that displays a version of the Pepper’s ghost illusion. Pepper’s ghost is an illusion technique used in theater, TV, movies, concerts, sideshows, and amusement parks, where an image of an off-stage object is projected to appear as if it is floating in front of the audience, resembling a hologram. Blending nostalgia and tech, The art bike roamed the 2 day festival, engaging audiences.
